Although the competition has ended, the brotherhood of Physical: Asia remains strong. Netflix Korea has confirmed that the highly anticipated special, Physical: Welcome to Mongolia, will premiere on December 24, just in time for the holidays.

Netflix teased the episode on social media, highlighting the enduring bond between the competitors: "The promise to reunite has led the Korean team to the vastness of Mongolia. This new special documents a 'physical journey' hosted by their Mongolian friends."

In a teaser video call, Mongolian participant Lkhagva-Ochir reconnected with Korean participants Kim Dong-hyun and Amotti. The excitement was palpable as Kim Dong-hyun declared, "Since the trip is short, I don't plan on sleeping. I’m going to use every single hour of the day."

Naturally, the conversation turned to food and culture. Amotti eagerly asked if they would be eating Khorhog (traditional stone-cooked meat). Lkhagva-Ochir assured them that a true Mongolian experience awaits. 

"Orkhonbayar is preparing a lot of things. We will have archery and horse riding" Lkhagva-Ochir said. With traditional sports, hearty food, and a reunion of fan-favorite athletes, Physical: Welcome to Mongolia is set to be must-watch content this Christmas.
